Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

 

The Senior Program Manager, Globalization is an exciting role within the Global Product Management organization with responsibilities for coordinating and overseeing Cradlepoint's expansion to new markets across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Operation, Support, Distribution, and regional GTM teams. In this high visibility and exciting role, the Senior Program Manager will lead and directly impact Cradlepoint's International expansion and business performance. The Senior Program Manager will represent will engage cross-functional teams for successful in-country launches and help ramp Cradelpoint presence in key Geographies.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Templatize, coordinate, and track cross-functional readiness of Cradlepoint to enter specific new countries and market segments
  • Work directly with Business Function stakeholders from Legal, Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Enablement, Training, and Support as well as regional GTM teams to coordinate market launch programs
  • Develop a country-level dashboard, establishing launch timelines, and ensuring all teams meet quality and delivery schedules
  • Analyze and report on key drivers impacting launches and ramp; participate in key Execute meetings to report on progress and identify enhancements to launch coordination

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Eight (8+) years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Experience with international or global programs in Saas, Wireless, or Telecom B2B space including new market entry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise with Program Management tools

 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience owning scalable program templates, coordinating end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to the senior leadership team
  • Experience managing projects across a broad set of stakeholder functions including program management and process improvement
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements
