Cradlepoint is seeking a passionate and innovative Salesforce Developer to help us utilize all the power of our Salesforce CPQ!  We’re looking for someone passionate about good design principles, and who is willing to dig in as a valued part of our dedicated team of Salesforce specialists. What Will You Do?

  • Manage, maintain and support the business with day-to-day administrative needs and CPQ project development as a full owner of the CPQ product
  • Integrate CPQ with backend systems (custom-built, and third-party) 
  • Work closely with our SA, QA, developer, and administrative teams, collaborating on technical solutions to meet complex and cross-functional business requirements. Be a technical subject matter expert and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform
  • Partner with SA, BA, and developers on designs, models, and best-in-class implementation
  • Develop applications using the platform (Apex classes/triggers, VisualForce pages, Web Services API), related web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript), and other enterprise programming languages
  • Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce with analytical platforms and other applications via integration tools using SOAP or REST web service protocols
  • Provide Tier 2 support for production issues, including fixes across platforms to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems
  • Manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce CPQ and SalesCloud architecture specifically in Salesforce Lightning environments
  • Three to five (3-5) years of development experience, with at least two (2) years of hands-on within the platform including Visualforce, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers with proficiency in HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, C+, SQL, CSS, Java, and REST-based web services
  • Experience with cross-system integrations including Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Marketo, Tableau, and D365.
  • Ability to contribute in a small team environment and deliver quality solutions on schedule
  • Strong object-oriented programming and debugging skills
  • Knowledge of multiple cloud and virtualization technologies

  • Ability to work in an agile environment and be flexible to changes in approach when solutioning
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I, II)
  • Experience with cloud automation techniques and technologies
