Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

 

Global Head of PCN Sales, will be responsible for driving the Company’s PCN revenue requirements & global sales strategy. We are looking for a Head of PCN Sales that will be a market share leader driving Sales of Private Cellular Networks for Cradlepoint.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and manage a global Sales & Support team with direct revenue responsibilities of PCN sales
  • Must be able to effectively respond, communicate with, and present information to co-workers, customers, clients, and the general public
  • Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to get along well with others
  • Must have the ability to engage and influence executives within companies in the target market
  • Handle, adapt and lead through stressful situations
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals as assigned
  • Ability to continually grow sales revenue goals each quarter as assigned
  • Proactively prospect into strategic accounts within a defined region and manage the sales pipeline
  • Must be able to lead and coordinate the activities of assigned PCN Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers, and Sales Operations teams
  • Influence the Marketing team with demand-generation campaigns
  • Ability to build, maintain, and expand sales training programs for the assigned team
  • Demonstrate essential skills related to effectively leading a sales team
  • Prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position
  • Understand and explain the company’s technology solutions to partners and customers
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Ten (10+) years of Sales experience and five+ years of Sales management leading global teams
  • Experience with Enterprise customers in Networking Environment and with carriers
  • Past management experience with high-growth companies and ability to manage remotely
  • Prior management experience required including hiring, coaching, counseling, writing employee reviews, and training
  • Proven track record of working with and coordinating activities with VARs and System Integrators
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
  • This position does require varying degrees of travel that could reach as high as 80% at times
  • Employee must be able to travel and schedule multiple overnight stays, work the hours required, and coordinate vacations and personal time off in accordance with company requirements and schedules
