Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

 

The Inside Partner Account Manager position is an integral part of the regional channel team, driving reseller onboarding, engagement, and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the regional team’s reseller channel efforts. The Inside Partner Account Manager will be expected to own and grow a set of focus resellers, as well as recruit, onboard, and enable new resellers in collaboration with Distribution.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Team with regional sales and channel account management to grow overall regional revenue, leveraging reseller expertise
  • Identify gaps in the reseller coverage
  • Develop a strategy to recruit and onboard new resellers
  • Drive engagement and growth with an assigned setof focused reseller accounts
  • Manage Emerging partners, in collaboration with Distribution
  • Lead or participate in various process improvement projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, customer support, or business development (or customer-facing technical role)
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in customer focus and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, prioritize and achieve metric-driven results (SMART goals)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and high growth
  • Possess a mix of relationship/sales and analytical/project management skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10%

 

Bonus Points: 

  • Understanding of the two-tier technology distribution and/or networking and/or cellular marketplace and technologies
