How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The SSP Consulting Sales Engineer – Integrators will support and drive enablement for their specific partners. They will support the partners in positioning Cradlepoint technology and solutions and will be the initial point of contact for partner CTOs and sales teams. They will be the link person between the partner technical and sales teams and the Cradlepoint selling teams in any given account or vertical. They will work side by side with their Partner Account Manager assigned to the same Partners.
They should be a strong technologist and technology evangelist to drive onboarding, enablement, and pipeline creation to meet company revenue expectations and partner growth. This position will serve as the main pre-sales technical point of contact for Cradlepoint’s system integrator, managed service, and reseller partners.
The SSP Consulting Sales Engineer – Integrators will create and drive the technical enablement strategy for their partners by aligning Cradlepoint technology roadmaps with the account’s vision and strategy. Measures of success include increases in partner revenue, new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and certifications for partner technical resources.

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s management team.
Cradlepoint offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution.
