Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Cradlepoint, a privately held and fast-growing global leader in cloud-based LTE and 5G networking solutions, is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our global marketing team. We are looking for a candidate who will use their deep Martech knowledge to construct, maintain, and leverage our core marketing stack capabilities to optimize the execution and automation of marketing activities. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations as part of the larger Marketing team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the organization (demand gen, field marketing, sales development, ops, etc.) and key stakeholders across the marketing org of demand, product, creative and others. The ideal candidate will have proven experience tackling complex problems, project management, and presenting to stakeholders in a clear and concise effort. What Will You Do?

  • Manage the marketing operations tech stack, including alignment with stakeholders on strategy, partnering with engineering on technical implementation, and maintaining tools
  • Manage critical business processes such as governance, attribution, enrichment, and record assignment within Martech platforms to improve and scale our marketing infrastructure
  • Work with Demand Generation/ABM team to support tactic creation, Digital marketing to implement web forms and track UTM parameters, Sales Operations on lead handoff through Salesforce.com, and Business Systems on reporting needs
  • Optimize existing Martech stack, inform on technology strategy and infrastructure, and lead implementation and integration of new technologies working closely with our IS/IT team
  • Manage end-to-end design, documentation, and execution of marketing automation programs in the Marketing Automation Platform (e.g. email nurture, webinars, gated assets) 
  • Build templates and reusable processes to help our marketers create more efficient tactics
  • Explore data to find trends, identify potential data issues, monitor Lead Lifecycle progress, and spot areas for improvement in processes and data quality
  • Uncover hidden opportunities for the improvement of processes and data. Proactively find blockers and challenges to our growth, then take the initiative to solve them
  • Develop and document best practices approach for gathering and analyzing data to identify performance indicators, prioritization, and optimization strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to be a highly effective communicator, organized project manager, and strong team player

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in marketing, information systems, business, economics, or a related discipline
  • Five plus (5+) years in a marketing operations/analytics role at global B2B companies
  • Proficient with enterprise marketing automation tools - with Marketo, Bizible, PathFactory, and Google Analytics. Marketo Certification is a plus
  • Strong diagnostic skills to identify and address gaps related to platform integrations or data flow process
  • Deep understanding of lead and demand generation, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle
  • Deep knowledge of Marketo best practices on lead scoring, nurture streams, and lead conversion optimization
  • A subject matter expert supporting tool selection, usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement
  • Experience with marketing attribution models, reporting, and tools (e.g. Bizible, Full Circle Insights, Demand Base, or Sendoso)
  • Well-versed in demand funnel implementation and translating from marketing to sales
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving growing environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Bonus Points: 

  • Database proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

 

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  • $97,134 - $157,500

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays).  Please note that an employees FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date.   Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
